Big River Associates will undertake a situational analysis to quickly understand the current circumstances in order to provide experienced-based, unbiased insights and independent recommendations to senior executives and/or board of directors.

Strategic Planning

Big River Associates will lead a common sense strategic planning initiative. Management and staff throughout the organization are involved in the process, in order to be fully invested in both the process and the plan. Big River Associates facilitates, coaches and provides direction to team so they are able to successfully execute the plan and achieve the long-term goals.

Organizational Restructuring

In order for an organization to focus on its priorities to achieve its objectives, the right structure must be in place. Big River Associates can help establish and effective business architecture and insure the right people are positioned for personal and corporate success.

Change Management

The ability to manage change is essential for an organization. The management team may be lacking knowledge in a specific area, missing a key executive, or short of experience in managing change to achieve the desired end state. Big River Associates will focus on a variety of situations requiring immediate attention and change, including crisis management, growing pains or an isolated difficulty, and as necessary will serve as a change agent to facilitate the change process.

Board of Directors – Directorship and Governance

In order to better serve corporations and advise clients on directorship and governance, in 2011 Eric attended UCLA Anderson Graduate School of Management, completed the Director Education and Certification Program, and received UCLA award as “Certified Director”. Big River will provide current direction and teachings for enhancing Board Effectiveness, selection of Members and responsibilities, in particular with respect to forthcoming and contemplated regulatory changes.
