Through their years in business, Big River principals, Steve Bawden and Eric Sigurdson discovered that very successful companies possessed the perfect combination of innovative thinking, financial discipline, strong executive leadership and an empowered, talented senior management team. Bawden and Sigurdson established Big River Associates with the mission to assist business owners and executives in discovering the unique combination of attributes needed to achieve the full potential for their own companies.

Big River Associates offers a hybrid blend of services including strategic, marketing, operations, financial advisory and under certain circumstances, interim executive assignments. We are often initially engaged to provide a rapid assessment of a business to quickly identify issues and help develop solutions to be implemented.
